Welcome to Sa-Manta
This company was started by Sam and her husband Siep who have both been diving a very long time. The company name was derived from Sam's nickname, Sammy Manter, given to her by Siep. Their love of the ocean has been a passion for both of them. Like most things in life it started off small, going on holidays, mostly around water or in water... until one day they decided to bite the bullet and uproot and travel around the world. Two years ago they left the Netherlands and have been traveling around the world since.
About us...
The inspiration to start the company derived from our passion for the ocean and our love of diving. Having said that... we wanted to encourage others to do what they love and to have dreams and to not wait too long with following their dreams. Life is unpredicatble and we know all too well from our personal experience that it can suddenly take a horrible turn. We want to look back on our lives with no regrets and take the leaps despite not always knowing what is to come or what is below.
We wanted to share with friends, families and anyone else who is interested in our love for life, travel, meeting new people getting to know different cultures, travelling and adapting to new situations and countries.
